HAPPINESS

one can never find true happiness if they themselves don't want to be happy. Don't always search for reasons or people to be happy. If you want to smile, then don't think of anything just do it. For some it might be cripy to smile without any reason, but don't let this feeling overpower your will to smile even in adverse situations.
                                         I have known people who don't know how to be joyful. They just can't be happy without any reason. Even if they find a reason then it has to be a valid one,that to according to their logic. I often find this kind of behavior very weird.
                                            If you want to be happy,then don't ever let anyone's opinion effect you. Try not let your inhibitions overshadow your happiness. Just focus on your self and people who are important to you.
         Sometimes it's great to be full of joy without actually caring about what others has to say. For some it might be insanely sane to happy throughout the day and for some it might be an overrated reaction. People also think that how can someone be happy without any reason. Are they just out of their mind ? That they are able to smile even when things are not going according to them. Believe me it takes a lot to put that smile on my face, when I know that things might not be in my favor or when situation turns out to be worse. The only thing which keeps me going is my nag to happy irrespective of what life throws at me...
                                             I just remind myself only one thing -"you are responsible for your own happiness". If you want to be happy from with in , there is no force in the world that can stop you.
                                             There will be many situations when you just wish to give up and just burst into tears. It's ok to cry, to be vulnerable, but never let your smile leave you. Because this will make you realize that you have to strive hard for your own happiness...

MEMORIES

MEMORIES are always special. Everyone cherish their  good memories for a lifetime. We always want to remember good things, which is actually nice. It feels relaxing and enriches our mood just by thinking about our good times. 
                     Some memories do hold a special place in our lives, those are just irreplaceable. But now-a-days people don't have time to sit and reminisce them due to  work or because of our daily life stress. 
                                People believe that only good memories have an impact on our life, personality. Not to forget bad memories also leave an impact on our personalities. It is not always in a negative way but most of the time people feel that the effect is only negative. It's all about our perception. 
                                       I believe that bad memories teach us many important things which good ones can't. "For instance if there is sunlight 24/7 , then do you think it would have so much value as it has now?".
                                            Everything in our lives has a reason behind them. If we don't have bad we would not value good things. We should forget bad memories,but not the lesson we learn from them.
                                                 It totally depends upon your thought process, that what you learn from those experiences in your life. Neve let your negative thoughts overpower you. Always try look at the brighter side of your life.After every dark night there is a bright sunny day waiting for you...
                                      Whenever you are stressed just sit and try to reminisce all the beautiful moments of your life. You will start smiling that to without any effort from your side...

INSECURITIES

"Insecurities"!This word has a great impact on everyone. No one can say that they don't have any kind of insecurities.
                                             At any point of time people may have insecurities. Having insecurities is not a bad thing. It's just that people make it sound bad.Ask yourself these  questions  to know if you have insecurities?
        1. Am I insecure ? If yes then what is it about.
          2. Why am I insecure?
          3. Is it really that important for me to be insecure about myself ?
                     When you ask your self these questions you will know yourself in a better way.You will understand exactly what makes you have these feelings. The feelings of being uncertain is not very pleasant. 
                             Don't let your insecurities hold you back. Be positive and try to over come these unpleasant feelings. I made my insecurities my strength. My insecurities made me realise my potentials. 
                                   Try to learn about your self. Be sure about your feelings. Make your insecurities as a booster to be a better version of you. Don't let them effect your positive attitude. If you are insecure about any relationship in your life speak about it. Be vocal about your feelings. What ever you feel express it. Don't bottle your self. This may cause some disagreement between people. 
             Sometimes disagreement are better than misunderstandings. if you try to learn about the other persons feelings or point of view it's not bad instead it will help you know what the other person wants. And it will also help you to take certain decision. Understand others but at the same time don't forget about your feelings.

FLOWER

Flower! Who doesn't like it. Everyone of us love flowers. They define beauty. For me life is also like a flower. Every day we see new form or stage of our Life.
                      Most of us say "I love my life" , but we say this only when there is only happiness in our life. Nobody likes sadness or sorrows. We forget these are also a part of our life. We are just simply not ready to accept this fact. Some of us start hating life when there is even a little bit of stress,why can't we cherish our life even during bad situations just like we do in our happiness.
                         We should learn to accept our sadness as well. We all admire flowers, so should learn from them to start blooming after withering. We should stay strong and fight for our happiness.

      Always Learn to spread happiness and joy even when life is throwing alot of challenges. Always bloom like a flower and stay happy..
